The following are a few areas of ministry that we can plug you into if you are interested:

Children’s Ministry (Contact Laura Moore)

- Nursery Caregivers—2nd hour

- Toddler 1 Caregivers—2nd hour

- Toddler 2 Caregivers Aides—2nd hour

- Preschool Classroom Aides—2nd hour

This will only require one Sunday/month of your time. If you are interested, pick up a volunteer application at the Children’s Check-In Counter. 

 

Youth Ministry (Contact Kyle Alt)

- Security Team—work from 6-8:15pm each Wed. evening making sure kids stay out of trouble

- Food Help—someone to organize food for each Wed. evening

- Hang Time—people who will sit around The Well before Sunday School and get to know students—building meaningful relationships

- Prayer Team—Kyle counts on this team for spiritual support 

- Sound Booth—requires a bit of training, but is not too difficult

 

Worship Ministry (Contact Bill Lewis)

- CD duplication

- Computer Projection (PowerPoint clicker)

- Music filing

- Adult Choir

- Scripture Readers

 

Women’s Ministry (Contact Craig Smith)

- Coordinators/Ministry organizers

 

Fellowship (Contact Craig Smith)

- Light kitchen/dining room duty on Sunday mornings

- Meal service on Wed. evenings

- Periodic kitchen cleaning

- Kitchen organizing

 

Adult Discipleship (Contact Craig Smith)

- A/V classroom technicians

- Class videotaping

- Classroom helpers 

- Librarian-like presence in the resource center on Sunday mornings or Wed. evenings

- Small group host/hostess

 

Global Outreach (Contact Bo Morris)

- Team member

- Participate in the Grocery Card/Certificate program to send JSCC members on trips to build our global ministry partnerships
